Claudes background in running helpdesk comes out in his patience and explaining concepts in 3 or 4 ways to ensure the point is made. Also everytine the 3rd party integration products continually update the look and feel of their software, Claude will go back and re-record the module to ensure your screen menus look and feel is exactly the same as his. The quiz and gamification at the end of each module keeps you engaged and motivated not to fall behind as well as acting as a nice progress gauge. Most importantly Claude wants to hear from you. His support team are super super responsive and eager to ensure you are not waiting any longer than 24 hours for a response that addresses your issue.”
